With over 40 years of custom building contractors, we excel at crafting “turn-key” buildings. Our company began as Kelling Construction in 1976 building pole buildings, otherwise known as post frame construction. One very nice component of post frame construction is that it enables you to build nearly anything you want. The whole design and build process is quite adaptable.
In 2001, we began building conventional homes and in the subsequent years we have begun building many post frame homes, because there are many economic factors that make the home so much more affordable than conventional homes. Most of our conventional home building happens on the real estate development projects that we undertake – such as The Highland Golf Estates. Several years ago we began constructing a variety of commercial buildings and we plan to increase our efforts in this area.
